First time seeing Amanda, and not just on her own or with two-piece Dresden Dolls, a whole big band this time, her Grand Theft Orchestra, touring her new album Theatre Is Evil. And a very OTT theatrical show it was too, full of dramatic moments as well as extended and intimate banter. All with some varied and engaging music. H er fans are very fervent and loved the running around and crowdsurfing … so did I … a wild occasion. Impressed!
